CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

To request a partial or full refund, the CUSTOMER must contact the Customer Service team via email at help@tiendaespiral.com within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of purchase order approval. Only cancellations of complete orders will be accepted before delivery to the destination.

When submitting a cancellation and return request, the CUSTOMER is obligated to inform the recipient of the purchase so that they do not accept the products. If a cancellation request is made and the recipient has already received the products, they must return them in their original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition, as received. Otherwise, the return will not proceed.

The CUSTOMER will be refunded within 72 hours following the date "Tiendaespiral" receives the returned products. "Tiendaespiral" will process the refund using the same payment method the CUSTOMER used to make the purchase. The CUSTOMER will not incur any charges for this refund. Additionally, when applicable, the refund amount will be returned to the CUSTOMER in the same currency used for the payment. The exchange rate imposed by the card-issuing bank, if applicable, will be applied to this amount. "Tiendaespiral" will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any difference.

"Tiendaespiral" reserves the right to reject or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:

- Product availability.  
- Errors in the description or prices of goods.  
- Errors in your order.  

The CUSTOMER is not entitled to cancel an order for the following products:

* Customized or made-to-order products according to your specifications.  
* Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are already expired.  
* Products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that were not sealed upon receipt.  
* Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products.  

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products will be considered compliant with the contract if they match the description provided by "Tiendaespiral" and possess the qualities presented on this website, are suitable for the usual purposes of products of the same type, and exhibit the quality and performance reasonably expected of a product of the same type. In this regard, if any product does not comply with the contract, you must notify "Tiendaespiral" through any of the available communication channels.

All products for sale on the website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (in accordance with applicable regulations in all cases), which allows the CUSTOMER to return products free of charge, replace defective or non-compliant products delivered to them.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Products modified, repaired, integrated, or altered by the CUSTOMER are excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not cover apparent defects. The warranty does not apply to products that have deteriorated due to misuse.

CONSEQUENCES OF WARRANTY EXECUTION

Under the legal warranty of conformity, "Tiendaespiral" commits, at the CUSTOMER's choice:

- To replace the product with an identical one, depending on available stock.  
- To refund the price of the product if replacement is impossible.
